    Who is responsible

Family First Visitation Services is responsible for personal information sent through this website. Contact us at info@familyfirst.ie or +353 85 224 2962 about this notice or your information.

    Information you provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and message. You may include a phone number if you wish. These details allow us to contact you about your enquiry. Please do not include children's names, court documents, medical information or other sensitive case details in this form.

How enquiries are used and stored

Form submissions are delivered to the company's private email address and stored in email. The company uses them only to make contact about the enquiry, not for marketing or other purposes. Access to the enquiry mailbox is limited to company employees and the director. Hosting and email service providers process information as necessary to operate the website and deliver and store email. The website is hosted by Hosting Ireland.

When you ask about obtaining our services, we use your details to take steps at your request before entering a contract. For other enquiries, our legitimate interest is to respond to the contact you have initiated. Providing details is voluntary, but we need a name, a working email address and a message to respond through this form.

    How long enquiries are kept

We review enquiry emails monthly. If an enquiry does not become a client relationship, we delete it after 12 months without contact. This is a manual company review process, not automatic deletion by the email account.

    Your choices and rights

You can contact us to request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion. Depending on the circumstances, you can also request restriction of processing or a portable copy of information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will explain any applicable limits when responding to a request.

You can raise a concern with us using the contact details above, or complain to Ireland's Data Protection Commission.

    Website technology and external links

The website and hosting systems process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver pages and protect the service. The enquiry form uses Contact Form 7. A WhatsApp link opens an external service: if you choose to use it, WhatsApp's own privacy terms apply.

This notice covers website enquiries. It does not describe the handling of case records or information needed to provide a supervised visitation service.
